About Operation Mulligan - Founded February 6, 2026

Mission

Mission

Mission

Operation Mulligan is a Veteran-led nonprofit dedicated to combating isolation, strengthening mental wellness, and helping prevent Veteran suicide by creating a trusted community built through the game of golf.

Our mission reaches far beyond the course. We are building welcoming resource hubs where Veterans can find camaraderie, purpose, recreation, mentorship, and direct connections to organizations and programs that can support their individual needs.

Through indoor golf facilities, leagues, events, instruction, workshops, and peer-to-peer engagement, we create opportunities for Veterans to reconnect, build meaningful relationships, and regain the sense of belonging that many experienced during their military service.

Operation Mulligan does not seek to replace the organizations already serving the Veteran community. We bring Veterans and trusted organizations together in one supportive environment, making valuable resources easier to discover, understand, and access.

Golf opens the door. Community creates the connection. Resources help Veterans move forward.

At Operation Mulligan, no Veteran has to navigate life, or the next round, alone.

Vision

Mission

Mission

Our vision is to build a nationwide network of Veteran resource hubs where no Veteran feels isolated, overlooked, or unsure of where to turn for support.

Operation Mulligan will use the game of golf as a pathway to connection, creating welcoming facilities where Veterans can find community, recreation, mentorship, trusted resources, and a renewed sense of purpose.

We envision each location serving as a central gathering place that strengthens relationships between Veterans, local communities, and the organizations already working to support them. By bringing these programs together under one roof, we can make critical resources easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to access.

Our long-term goal is to establish Operation Mulligan facilities across the nation and create a model that can eventually support First Responders, youth, seniors, and surrounding communities.

We envision a future where every Veteran has a place to belong, a community that understands, and an opportunity to take their next step forward.

Story

Mission

Story

Operation Mulligan was founded on February 6, 2026, with a clear purpose: to help Veterans overcome isolation, rebuild camaraderie, and rediscover a sense of belonging after service.

The organization grew from firsthand experience with the challenges many Veterans face when the structure, teamwork, and daily connection of military life are no longer present. Golf became the starting point because it creates a natural environment for conversation, healthy competition, recreation, and relationships without pressure or judgment.

What began as an idea centered on simulator golf has developed into a broader mission. Operation Mulligan is building a Veteran-focused community where individuals can connect with one another, participate in meaningful activities, and discover trusted organizations and resources that may support their needs.

Our vision includes indoor golf facilities designed to serve as welcoming resource hubs. These spaces will bring Veterans, nonprofit organizations, community partners, and support programs together under one roof, strengthening existing services and making them easier to access.

Today, Operation Mulligan is developing partnerships, attending Veteran-focused events, expanding outreach, building programs, and laying the foundation for its first facility. Every step is focused on creating sustainable places where Veterans can compete, improve, decompress, laugh, and quietly look out for one another.

This mission is about more than golf. It is about restoring connection, strengthening communities, and helping Veterans move forward with renewed purpose.

The Man Behind the Mission

I’m a United States Marine Corps Veteran, former South Carolina State Trooper, and former Federal VA Police Officer at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston. I was born and raised in Albany, New York, with blue-collar roots, strong values, and a mindset built around service and accountability.

Service has always been part of who I am. The Marine Corps shaped me, and law enforcement reinforced it. But like many Veterans, the battles didn’t end when the uniforms came off.

I’m currently finishing my senior year pursuing a B.S. in Cyber Security and Computer Science, pushing myself to grow in a completely different arena. At the same time, I’m chasing a dream that started when I was 8 years old: golf. What was once just a love for the game has become something bigger. I’m working hard toward professional golf, taking lessons, fittings, and building Operation Mulligan, a sanctuary for Veterans built around simulator golf, camaraderie, and connection. This initiative also aims to promote charitable initiatives that support our community outreach efforts.

I’m also a Veteran with a 100% Permanent & Total disability rating. I live with depression and anxiety. That’s not something I hide; it’s something I’ve learned to fight through. Some days are harder than others, and showing up matters.

Operation Mulligan was born from that place, understanding what isolation feels like and recognizing the importance of being around people who understand you without explanation.

My goal is simple: to build a place where no Veteran golfs alone. A place where we can compete, improve, laugh, decompress, and quietly look out for one another. We will also provide donation opportunities to support our mission and help expand our outreach.

This isn’t just about golf. It’s about purpose after service. It’s about rebuilding teams and ensuring none of us fights alone.

Semper Fidelis!
